Bakyt Ashirov 

Mr. Bakyt Ashirov is the Chairman of the State Service for Combating Economic Crimes (formerly Financial Police).

Jenish  Isakov

Mr. Jenish Isakov is the Vice Chairman of the State Customs Service. Previously he was the chief of law enforcement division of the State Customs Service.

Shairbek Juraev

Mr. Juraev is the Deputy Director of the OSCE Academy in Bishkek. Before joining the OSCE Academy, he worked for American University of Central Asia in a variety of roles including director of the Central Asian Studies Institute, Dean of Academic Development and Assistant Professor and Chair of International and Comparative Politics department. Mr. Juraev has also worked for Institute for Public Policy, the Institute for War and Peace Reporting, and the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development.

Mr. Juraev has an MSc in International Relations from London School of Economics and Political Science and BA (Hon) in International and Comparative Politics from American University of Central Asia. 

 

Uran Niyazaliev

Mr. Niyazaliev is the Chairman of Rural Agroprocessing Association, Chairman of the Public Advisory Board under the Tax Agency, Director of the Association of Suppliers , Manufacturers and Distributors and General Director of Sanshpayn Global Trade. Previously he has been involved in a variety of business development and trade related roles in Turkey.

Mr. Niyazaliev has an MSc and BSc in Political Science and Public Administration from Middle East Technical University.

 

Olha Holoyda

Ms. Holoyda has international corporate finance, corporate law and private sector development experience, including on the ground experience from the CIS region. She has advised Fortune 500 companies, multinationals and development institutions, as well as U.S. and foreign government officials on business development, multilateral policies, international trade, financial reform and rule of law. 

Ms. Holoyda has a Juris Doctor from Catholic University of America, Washington, MBA from George Washington University, BA University of Wisconsin and Post-graduate Studies from Harvard University.

 

Prof Erik Larson

Professor Larson is Associate Professor of Sociology and co-director of Macalester College's Legal Studies Program. Prof. Larson’s research interests covers how global and national forces influence the emergence and transformation of legal, economic, and political institutions.

Prof. Larson has a Ph.D. in Sociology from University of Minnesota, MA from University of Minnesota and BA from Hamline University.
